- Description of the dispute
- Plaintiff
- Defendant
- Date initiated
- BHVA law firm
- Status
- Money spent to-date
- Anticipated conclusion date
- Best case outcome for BHVA
The information should be updated monthly.
Question:
in the “Explanation and Update of the BHV Budgeting Process” on the Homeowner’s Only section of the BHVA website the following was stated: “The Board must ensure that sufficient cash is available to make payments on contractually defined schedules, like the $253,400 payment for the Pedestrian Bridge, which is due in April 2023, and the $140,000 payment for the Beach Stairs that is to be paid in 3 installments in May, June and July 2023.” Where is this money coming from? The Capital Reserve? Elsewhere? Are these projects on schedule?

Is the BHVA BOD trying to get the town to shutdown the kayak rack rental business currently available on the Fields property by the beach? If yes, why?

Is the 2023 approved budget on the BHVA website? If not, can it be added?
