 1.  Question for Gina Cushing and Alexis Ortiz Heaney. 

Gina and Alexis,

At the December 2022 Special Assessment Zoom meeting, Gina, you stated that the Board was still anticipating a bill coming from Tony Rupp’s law firm for charges incurred by him that were not covered by insurance. The anticipated amount was unknown.

Did that end-of-year billing to BHVA from Tony Rupp finally arrive?

If so, what was the amount of the invoice? 

And what service was provided to BHVA for the amount billed. 

2.  Question for John Schultes….

John,  

We were told at the last Zoom meeting that some of the parts and pieces of the beach fence we already own, turned up missing. This would necessitate purchasing a new fence. 

Are there still plans to install a fence at the beach?  Have those missing parts been found?
